WORLD CONFERENCES AT THE GOETHEANUM
IASWECE also collaborates with the Pedagogical Section to host world conferences for Waldorf/Steiner early childhood educators every seven years at the Goetheanum in Dornach, Switzerland. The last conference, Playing, Learning and Meeting the Other, took place at Easter, 2005, and was attended by more than 1200 Waldorf early childhood educators from over 40 countries. English language publications of study material and conference proceedings are available through the Waldorf Early Childhood Association of North America (see Member Country Association list for contact information. The next World Conference at the Goetheanum is planned for 2012.
 

CONFERENCES IN MEMBER COUNTRIES
An IASWECE Working Group on Conferences also collaborates with its Member Country Associations around workshops and conferences held in member countries around the world, such as the international conferences held in Hannover, Germany each year at Whitsun and sponsored by the International Waldorf Kindergarten Association –Germany.
