Waldorf Worldwide

Development of Early Childhood Training Programs

IASWECE, working together with other partner organizations such as the Freunde der Erziehungskunst, provides pedagogical and financial support for the development of Waldorf early childhood training programs in a number of countries around the world.
Support from IASWECE allows visiting faculty members and experienced Waldorf early childhood educators from abroad to offer training courses, workshops and mentoring. Such training programs provide the foundations through which Waldorf kindergartens, child care centers and early years education may develop and flourish in ways that are unique to each particular area or culture and yet are working out of an anthroposophical view of the developing child.
Responsibility for the courses is carried by those who are active in a particular location, with support and assistance from visiting faculty and advisors.
